Anyone over the age of 21 with valid photo identification.

No. Delivery is not currently allowed. The legislature may consider it in the future.

Can customers order cannabis online?

Yes. Customers can order cannabis and cannabis products online, but they must go to the store to pick up their order in person.

Do I have to be a resident of Vermont?

It is not a requirement to be a resident of Vermont.

How much marijuana can I legally purchase/have on my person?

Those who meet the above requirements may acquire up to an ounce of cured cannabis flower or “bud”s.

Where can I consume cannabis?

Consumers are protected under Vermont law for cannabis use in a residence whereupon the owner grants approval. Cannabis products may not be consumed in view of the public.  Remember, consuming cannabis is illegal under federal law. This applies to federally-owned property and within navigable waterways.

What are concentrates?

Marijuana concentrates are the end product of the extraction of oils from the cannabis plant. They’re highly potent, refined products known by many names, including wax, shatter, butter, resin, and others.
Concentrates can be inhaled by “dabbing” or vaporized using a specially designed pipe. Vaping has become popular for its ease of use and discreet appearance. There are vaporizer units that can be loaded with concentrate and cartridges filled with oil that can be used with a suitable battery.

What are topicals/edibles/sublinguals?

They’re all products made using the aforementioned cannabis concentrates, but they work in different ways.

Topicals are cannabis-infused products that are applied directly to the skin for ease sore or tired muscles. Unlike most cannabis you consume orally or through vaping or smoking, topicals have no psychoactive effects, meaning they don’t get you “high.”

Edibles are cannabis-infused products like gummies, baked goods or sodas that you can eat or drink. They generally take 30-90 minutes to take full effect. Edibles are a great option for those who want the beneficial effects of cannabis in situations where smoking or vaping wouldn’t be socially acceptable.

Everyone’s experience is different, but the standard edible serving size in Vermont includes 5mg of THC.

Remember: Be patient! Depending on your body chemistry, it can take up to 90 minutes to feel the full effects of an edible.

Sublinguals are cannabis-infused products that are dissolved under the tongue or consumed using a dropper. Sublinguals typically take between 20-60 minutes to activate.

Do you know where to buy marijuana?

Is CBD legal in Vermont?

Totally. CBD is one of many cannabinoids—the “active ingredients”—in cannabis. In fact, because it’s not psychoactive (it doesn’t get you high), it’s widely available in tinctures and even pet treats.
